If you are covered
by one of these plans, we will file your insurance, seeking
reimbursement directly to us. Should your insurance company
decline payment of your claim, you may remain personally responsible
for any outstanding balance.
If your insurance
company is not on this list, payment in full is expected at
time of treatment. After you pay your bill, we will help you
seek reimbursement from your insurance company in one of the
following ways:
