Patient Information
Your Relationship with the Doctor
When you are sick or injured, you want the best care possible. In order to achieve this, we encourage open communication, trust and respect in our patient-doctor relationships.

We will make every effort to explain everything you need to know about your condition, treatment and medication. If you do not fully understand our explanation, please do not hesitate to ask questions.

We also ask that you do your part in your treatment program by complying with your prescribed treatment, medications and follow-up visits. By working with your doctor in this manner, you have a better opportunity for a positive outcome with your injury or illness.
